Earlier lunch: Iceberg salad w. Ken's(R) creamy Caesar salad dressing
Later lunch: 1 piece of Oroweat(R) multigrain toast, w. peanut butter and banana slices. A small bowl of leftover seafood fried rice.
Pre-dinner: 1/2 banana
D: Avocado and cucumber sushi w. soy sauce
It is very important to use freshly cooked sticky rice in making sushi. Do not use previously refrigerated rice.
