
L: I cooked lunch for Stephanie Y. and I. I made: nu(2) pon(2) soup w. Chinese mushrooms and chicken broth, water, salt;
broccoli and carrots, stir-fry/steamed, seasoned with garlic salt and salt;
ma(2) po(2) tofu dish with ground beef and tofu w. Hot Bean Sauce;
and last but not least eggs (not scrambled, because I didn't mix it) w. garlic salt.




D: Dining commons meal #3 - soymilk, Lucky Charms (sans heart marshmallow) w. soymilk, 1 slice of roast beef, peas, carrots, 1 slice of whole wheat bread, Caesar salad.
F: 1 banana
