I'm no longer on a meal plan for Spring Quarter. Perhaps this will mean more images for the blog :)
Foods for this week:
Diced chicken with vegetables in hoisin sauce and oyster sauce,
Sweet and sour chicken,
Vegetarian egg roll, &
White rice
Mung bean soup (as you can see, it was undercooked when the picture was taken)
Beef and broccoli over white rice
Glutinous rice balls with sesame filling
Nature Valley(R) Chewy Granola Bar: Fruit & Nut
Progresso(R) New England Clam Chowder
Dannon(R) Light&Fit Blueberry Yogurt
Onion and poppy seed bagel with cream cheese
Beef with egg and stir-fry vegetables,
Spinach with garlic, &
White rice
Krusteaz(R) Buttermilk pancakes with Tropical(R) syrup
Scrambled eggs with ketchup
Hummus and Pita Chips
Seasoned fish and spinach over white rice
