Foods for this week! :)

Steamed rice with steamed vegetables, ma-po tofu, and bulgogi


Progresso(R) New England Clam Chowder


Steamed rice with sauteed Korean sliced chicken in special sauce (d__ bokum)


Iceberg salad with sliced cucumber, edamame, corn, topped with raspberry vinaigrette dressing(*)


Betty Crocker(R) Original Supreme brownies


Steamed rice with Korean dish and Chinese chicken dish


(*)Raspberry vinaigrette is heavenly. Pita chips + hummus come a close second. Both are foods I discovered in this past week! By discovered, I mean, tried for the first time.

I recommend, for a quick tasty salad (in desired quantities):

Spinach
Thinly sliced red onion
Almond slivers
Mandarin orange slices
Raspberry vinaigrette

Also, my own creation:
Spinach
Romaine salad
Edamame
Alfalfa sprouts
Corn
Raspberry vinaigrette
