Chinese beef noodle soup with imitation crab meat, fish cake, and egg


Sardines in tomato sauce and vegetables on rice


Basil chicken and fish fillet with vegetables on rice


Dole(R) fruit cup


Orville R's(R) Kettle Korn

Feb 4 - Feb 10

Foods for this week! :)

Steamed rice with steamed vegetables, ma-po tofu, and bulgogi


Progresso(R) New England Clam Chowder


Steamed rice with sauteed Korean sliced chicken in special sauce (d__ bokum)


Iceberg salad with sliced cucumber, edamame, corn, topped with raspberry vinaigrette dressing(*)


Betty Crocker(R) Original Supreme brownies


Steamed rice with Korean dish and Chinese chicken dish


(*)Raspberry vinaigrette is heavenly. Pita chips + hummus come a close second. Both are foods I discovered in this past week! By discovered, I mean, tried for the first time.

I recommend, for a quick tasty salad (in desired quantities):

Spinach
Thinly sliced red onion
Almond slivers
Mandarin orange slices
Raspberry vinaigrette

Also, my own creation:

Romaine salad
Edamame
Alfalfa sprouts
Corn
