Tuesday November 6, 2007

B: 1/2 Albertson's(R) sesame bagel w. Philadelphia(R) cream cheese
Warm soy milk

Earlier lunch: 1 banana

Later lunch: Iceberg salad w. Ken's(R) Creamy Caesar Dressing
Linguine w. Chinese sauce spaghetti

S: Cocoa Puffs

D: Rice (freshly cooked, as well as previously refrigerated) w. stir-fry/steamed broccoli w. garlic, and "3 basil chicken, " in Chinese, "san(1) bei(1) ji(1)."

From what I can tell, one should cook broccoli at low heat, and let it simmer in medium heat in water. Otherwise, it's hard to make it soft enough to eat without browning it. It helps to cut it into smaller portions, as well. Any tips? Should I just boil it in water before stir-frying it?

S: 1 piece of toast

F: 1 persimmon
